This document sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Modern Scrapbooking (Mod Scraps), in relation to your purchase of products and services through this site. Statutory rights are not affected. By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

All drawings, pictures, descriptive matter, specifications contained are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them.

Minimum Order Value

We have a minimum order value of £3.50, excluding shipping charges.

Terms and Conditions

While we don't want to get into a morass of legal definitions, here are a few points you should understand and agree to before ordering:

Nothing in this online store should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying "I'd like to buy these things if possible". We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you." However, the following factors could negatively impact such a transaction taking place:

Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.

We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling PayPal or credit card payments.
