Please note that we have a minimum order of £4.99 before postage costs.

Our aim is to dispatch all order received Monday to Friday within 48 hours. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed the next working day.

UK SHIPPING COSTS

£4.99 To £9.99 = £2.25

£10.00 to £39.99 = £2.99

£40.00 to £69.99 = £3.99

Over £70.00 = FREE*

*Free shipping only applies to deliveries to UK postcode addresses.

If your order contains only clear acrylic stamps the shipping charge is £2.25 whatever the total cost of your order.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING COSTS

We charge the actual postage cost for orders delivered to European addresses. You will be contacted to confirm the cost once your order is ready to ship.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING COSTS

We do not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside of Europe.

RETURNS

Please contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel if the contents are damaged, missing, or faulty and we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
